Arfin has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. A chartered engineer, he has extensive experience working with UK tier 1 contractors and consultants in the UK, across a range of project.

He founded BIM Outsourcing because he had noticed a shortage of engineering professionals. Recognising a need for companies to quickly adopt emerging BIM technology, Arfin wanted to provide a service for in-house teams to call upon during busy periods.

BIM Outsourcing’s processes are underpinned by Arfin’s sound knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work stages and his troubleshooting skills.

With over 35 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry, Simon brings exemplary skills, insights, and technical knowledge to the team.

With a strong background in engineering and project management, Moshin oversees projects to ensure quality standards. From start to finish.

Keeping a close eye on budgets and timelines, Moshin makes sure all team members follow the BIM execution plan, use the correct software, communicate regularly and adhere to model standards.

He also trains new staff on BIM processes and maintains the BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

With a strong background in electrical and mechanical services, Faisal plays a key role in delivering fully coordinated BIM models for complex building projects. He specialises in 3D MEP modelling and Revit-based coordination workflows.

Starting his career in CAD, he has developed sound knowledge in a range of design software.

Advising on project workflows throughout design and construction phases, Steve handles transition from AutoCAD to BIM and its implementation.
